Julie is a woman who crunches life and invests herself daily in her professional life and in her family life.

We first know her because she is a visual health professional who opened Bidart-Optik nearly 15 years ago in Bidart.

The small shop on the plateau moved to the Bidart Océan shopping center to become a few years later, a very nice shop with a great team that offers a multitude of services, while keeping the values and quality of services of independent opticians.

Julie is like that, she knows that we can always do better and go further when we believe in it...

Julie is also known because she is a mother of two children, including Timothée, a young teenager who suffers from a disease known as Duchene muscular dystrophy.

With his family, they redouble their energy to allow Timothée to live extraordinary adventures in an unusual daily life. To support them, his friends created an association "In Timothy's Eyes" well known in Bidart.

And it is in this context that Julie came to find us.

Aware of the difficulty of accessibility in everyday life but also on vacation, Julie & Timothée have become our super official partners to share their experiences with future holidaymakers who need to organize their holidays with "accessibility" in mind.

Since then, we have been working with them on improving our tools to allow future holidaymakers to organize their holidays according to accessible tips from Timothée.

We let you discover Julie talking about her passion job & her view on accessibility through this new episode of our podcast "the quarter of an hour bidartar". 👇
