In Bidart, there are the foams that we surf and those that we taste, brewed by craftsmen by Benjamin & Rémy from The Clique.
The recipe is simple, take a bunch of friends, two of whom are motivated enough to drop everything and embark on the project of creating their organic craft brewery.
Add a room installed in Bidart to draw inspiration, numerous tests and recipes for unique white beers, IPA & Pale Ale.
This gives the launch of the all new La Clique brewery which started off with a bang with from the first year, award-winning beers with gold and silver medals in the organic beer category at the International de Lyon competition!
