Jackie and Thierry took over Venta Gaxuxa in 2019, a business in the center of Bidart, a stone's throw from Place Sauveur Atchoarena.

The two have come a long way together and have found the ideal recipe for their restaurant: a perfect combination of generosity, love of products, conviviality and sharing.
A recipe that they have been able to find and adapt over the years, over the seasons.
