They are brother and sister, catering professionals for more than ten years and today realize one of their dreams: to open a business together and not just anywhere, in Bidart, a village in which they grew up and facing the Ocean, at the Center beach.

Needless to say that the opening of the snack restaurant Anaia (which means “brother” in Basque) made some noise in the village, and we were all very impatient to see them repaint the sign on the facade and take over the premises.

Aurélie and Guillaume did not wait for the lifting of health restrictions to open Anaia and offer a take-out offer so that everyone can discover Guillaume's tasty cuisine, local and at the same time inspired by elsewhere, and appreciate the welcome of Aurélie, in "room", whose broad smile we can guess even through her mask.
