The Elissaldia hotel-restaurant is located between the Church and the Town Hall on the village square of Bidart.
Open all year round, and run by the same family since 1945, the Elissaldia hotel-restaurant hides a trinquet where young and old from the village come to play at the pala (a specialty of Pelote Basque). This trinquet is one of the most atypical trinquets in the Basque Country.
