The pavilion can accommodate 3 people. It includes a fenced garden, a barbecue and a covered terrace for your summer evenings. Inside, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a mini-oven, a microwave and a washing machine. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink renovated in 2010.
In the lounge area a BZ style sofa, and a staircase leads to a mezzanine in which there is a 140 bed, bedside tables, a cupboard and a cupboard.
A parking space is reserved in front of the pavilion and access to the subdivision is via a secure magnetic card. It only takes 5 minutes on foot to find yourself on the Royal Pavilion beach.
