Elloha, the market place

Today for its partners, the Bidart Tourist Office in collaboration with the Departmental Tourism Agency 64 Bearn Basque Country offers to market your establishment on the tourist market place of 64.

Several sales channels are available to market and book your activity through Elloha:

• your website (0% commission)
• the ADT 64 website (0% commission)
• Basque Country Tourist Offices sites as well as over-the-counter sales (10% commission on sales is applied to sales made by Tourist Offices online and over the counter)
  [possibility to select the points of sale on which you wish to display your rental]

The AADT and the Bidart Tourist Office offer to provide you with the “Start up” package for the Elloha software free of charge. 

This package allows:
- integrate an online booking engine on your website
- manage in real time the availability of your establishment and the sales files of your customers
- easily generate promotions and gift vouchers for stays in your rental
- to offer payment by credit card (in "prepaid" and "postpaid") 
If these options are not enough and you want to go further, we have also negotiated preferential rates for our partners on other Elloha subscriptions.

Concierge

This new innovative service now completes the marketplace. This to meet two objectives:

• provide better service to customers at our destination, by allowing them to easily purchase their leisure activities through their host.
• bring new business opportunities to leisure professionals by weaving a short sales channel and thus:
  • promote a solidarity economy between tourism professionals
  • be less dependent on large online travel agencies (Tripadvisor, Booking and
    AirBnB) which are currently taking over the leisure market.

This Concierge service allows you to distribute to your customers, via your website and a mobile application, selected tourist offers around your home.
