From December 16 to January 7: Scenographic tour with free access

During the holidays, young and old are invited to immerse themselves in a magical experience, mixing local legends and wonderful Christmas tales on a route between the Pili Tafernaberry square and the Lavoir car park.
We then dream of being a whale hunter like the Bidartars of yesteryear, setting off on distant journeys strewn with obstacles and discoveries, each more surprising than the last: strange colored jellyfish in curious stills, astonishing abyssal creatures, unknown plants. . Immersive journey into the unknown guaranteed!

Free access course is designed by scenographers Marion Cazet-Supervielle and Moïse Chauvet from Atelier MOA.

Narcissia's Treasure: The Mystery Begins Here

Theatrical and musical tour – from December 26 to 30 then from January 2 to 6 at 18:30 p.m.

Dive aboard a mysterious epic as you accompany Captain Rosaria Sidnée Fucks-Bradit and her helmsman in the intrepid search for an extraordinary treasure. Let yourself be carried away by this crazy escape to the Far, Ultra Impossible Ocean of the South. Piracy and laughter will take place aboard the ship battered by the storm. The trick to getting your share of the loot for sure? Come dressed in your best costume, fans take note!

Theatrical and musical tour for all audiences – Welcome in front of the town hall – Duration 45 minutes.

Thursday, December 21 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Place Sauveur Atchoarena

olentzero is in the square, the meeting is given for all the children of the village in association with the elementary school and the ikastola (Cancelled in case of rain).

But who is the famous Olentzero?
Olentzero is not a Santa Claus, he is a character from Basque culture, a charcoal burner, with a blackened face and a terrifying appearance who lives in the mountains.
According to legend, Olentzero carries a message: he comes to announce to the villagers the return of light and the Winter Solstice which sees the days lengthen.

Responsible Christmas market – Koskenia Hostel
Saturday December 16 from 14:30 p.m., come and explore all afternoon the artisanal and local gems offered by several exhibitors. A good plan for unique shopping to slip under the tree! On the menu: embroidery and custom clothing with “Huguette Lee”, photo exhibition and lunar calendar around astrology with “Flauia Sistiaga”, selection of vintage items with “Mununu” and more.
The event will then continue at 19 p.m. with a 70s-themed disguised karaoke, a great way to relieve the pressure of the holiday rush 🎤
