Pig breeder since 1983, Jean Baptiste Loyatho and his wife Maite Charritton make you discover their know-how in the heart of the Basque mountain in Gamarthe (next to St Jean Pied de Port). Specialized in salting, the Elizaldia Farm benefits from 3 Jambon de Bayonne IGP approvals: breeder, slicer, salt maker.

To taste: the Bayonne ham IGP 14 months of maturing silver medal 2017, the dry sausage Makila bronze medal 2016, sausage with Espelette pepper, country pâté medal gold 2016, veal axoa or pork with Espelette pepper, but also fresh products, fresh or cooked cold meats ... As well as cooked dishes and roast chickens on site and products from local producers and artisans.
