Heritage Days

In the heart of the Autumn Festivals, on Saturday September 17 and Sunday September 18 you will discover or rediscover the pediments of our city. We think we know them, we come across them in our daily lives, but each of them has their own history, their personality and sometimes cultivates their own mysteries.
During heritage days, a guided tour of the 3 frontons of the town center is organized. It is free and requires registration.

Finally, we cannot talk about pediment without mentioning Basque pelota and its components. On Saturday, September 17 at 11 a.m., a meeting of artisans is organized at the Toki-Toki library. Patxi and Jon Tambourindéguy from Ona ​​Pilota will share with you their secrets of making chisteras and balls. A rare and interactive moment up close to the instruments that make this sport so rich and unique.
