- Give you access to its trilingual website.
- Distribute tourist information also on paper translated in at least two foreign languages featuring classified tourist accommodation including at least the name of the hotel, postal address, email address, website, phone number and its rating; monuments, cultural or natural tourist attractions and fun activities including prices, opening times, website, phone number and address; events; emergency phone numbers.
- Annually update its tourist information.
- Display emergency phone numbers outside.
- Present all qualified offers inside its area to all customers.
- Process your feedback and measure customer satisfaction.
- Always put quality first. Provide you with a holiday advisor.
- Ensure the reliability and timeliness of the information on local tourist attractions and offers.
