Both graduated from the Biarritz hotel school, after a few seasons alternating between beach and mountain (Valthorens and Biarritz) and a few trips for Kevin, they had the opportunity to manage the Venta Gaxuxa thanks to Mrs. Taugourdeau and Mr. Hadjipanayotou, current manager of the Octopus in Biarritz. Two true enthusiasts who have only one goal: that people have a good time, whether they are customers or staff, all year long. In short, a duo that will not leave you indifferent.
Here, it's a house more than a restaurant - where the art of living is practiced with gentleness, discretion and charm. We welcome you with respect, friendliness, warmth and very quickly, like friends. The word customer has no meaning.
On the plates, we appreciate the beautiful flavors of homemade and local cuisine: squid, veal sweetbreads, hake, tuna tataki...
The traditional layout, with wood and tiles which soften straight and curved lines and which, on sunny days, opens onto the heart of Bidart.
