This is the nice new feature for 2023, the window of the Tourist Office is now equipped with an interactive terminal which allows information to be delivered every day and outside the opening hours of our offices.
A living tool
On the occasion of the renovation and accessibility works of the Gidalekua building in the heart of the town center, the facade of the Tourist Office has had a makeover.
Change of sign, decluttering of the facade, new signage and new window sticker: the window is now more modern and finds a bit of freshness!
To provide an additional service to our users, an interactive terminal has been installed on the facade of the Tourist Office.
Connected inside the reception area, it is accessible from the outside in order to protect the equipment.
This new equipment meets accessibility standards for people with motor disabilities.
Its ease of use will allow all audiences to be able to find last-minute information in a few clicks to perfect their stay.
Daily updated information
From March, the terminal will also be able to communicate the last minute availability of accommodation in Bidart.
The principle will be simple, a call machine will contact the receptions of the establishments in order to know the availabilities of the day and the next day and will update them in real time on the terminal!

Good to know: for the sake of resource management, the terminal will not be activated between 22 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
