The Uhabia spot is a beach break on the Uhabia beach.

The spot is rather passable at low and mid-tide and is suitable for all levels. With the mouth of the river, good sandbanks can form to the south, giving a left / right peak that works well and steadily. The south side (Uhabia) is popular with bodyboarders at high tide because the shorebreak forms a tube very close to the edge.
There is also a peak to the north of the beach (Les Embruns), in front of the Embruns rehabilitation center. Be careful, however, of the rocks on this side of the beach.
It is a fallback spot on which surfers are almost sure to find waves, except in the event of a big swell (from around 2 meters), where the spot is saturated.

Free parking, showers and public toilets.
