On the edge of Biarritz, Ilbarritz beach is located north of Bidart, below the Château d'Ilbarritz.
On just over 300m of sand, you can fully enjoy this beach which is supervised during the summer season, from mid-June to the end of October. Athletes can also indulge in golf on a beautiful course that surrounds & overlooks the beach.
The beach is equipped with toilets and two restaurants.
Dogs are not allowed during the surveillance period.
The sloping access is designed for people with reduced mobility.
You can get there by bike via the Vélodyssée or by bus from the “Ilbarritz” stop.
To park, there are two car parks (paying from June 15 to September 15). The first on avenue d'Ilbarritz also allows you to reach Milady beach in Biarritz and the second is on avenue du Lac.
