Today we are going to talk about Frédéric Darblade, child of Bidart and restaurateur for more than 30 years in the center of the village.

After 3 decades in catering, many are those who need a change and decide to hang up the apron... Frédéric preferred to do things differently, he chose to keep the passion for cooking and service and to change the concept by creating a new address: "the six seasons".

From now on, at the foot of the church, the restaurant changes its menu with the seasons, depending on the arrival and harvest of local products, but also according to the creativity and desires of the chef & the team.

As you will have understood, behind the originality of this name lies the desire to find the basics, the roots, but also to reconnect with the land & even the territory... Here, everything comes from agriculture and production. local, in short circuits and at costs of course.

We invite you to learn more about this new address by listening to the new episode of our podcast "the quarter of an hour bidartar" 👇
