If you can't keep still even on holiday then all the pleasures of the ocean  are open to you. Our 6 beaches, all with life-guards during the season, spread over 5km, offer all kinds of surfing activities.

If you prefer the "Green" to the "Blue", your choice will be golf. The International Training Centre at Ilbarritz and its 9-hole golf course is probably the place you need to improve your best shots.

There is also tennis, miniature golf and foot paths with noteably the Coastal Walk.
